Gemini Season Tarot Messages For The Signs

An image of each zodiac signs tarot message for the month of Gemini

Right now we have the Sun, Moon, Mercury and Jupiter in the lively, curious and intellectual sign of Gemini.

Mercury, in particular, loves being in Gemini, which is one of its home signs. Think of it like Mercury is a friend that loves to stay at Gemini’s house because they like similar things, share the same tastes and just click.

Jupiter brings expansions and lessons and is, for the most part, an encouraging and bountiful energy. This means we could see blessings or luck in the area of communication, learning and intellectual pursuits - all Mercurial and Gemini themes.

We have a lovely new Moon in Gemini on the day I will be publishing this, and I plan to have myself a little witchy evening of meditation, a ritual bath and journaling in my beautiful little Year of Growth diary from Dreamy Moons.

All Sign Tarot Card Pull For The Month Ahead

This month, I would like to offer some insight and guidance for this new Astrological month. The Sun will be in Gemini until around the 20th of June. Let’s have a little look at what themes might come up for each sign.

Please read for your Sun, Moon and Rising if you want a complete picture. If you don’t know this, you can use an online birth chart calculator to find out, or just read your Sun sign. This is a general reading, so please bare that in mind that not everything might resonate! Feel peaceful about leaving anything that is not for you.

Remember - if you would like to dive deeper into any of the themes that come up for you, you are welcome to book a personalised Tarot reading with me, which you can learn about here.

Aries - Four of Pentacles

You may have been working towards something or gathering your resources for a trip, or a different way of looking at things. It hasn’t been very easy for you recently. Old baggage or outdated systems have been weighing you down. It seems like you have been taking bold steps to make changes to your life. This could look like cutting old cords or physically releasing old energy and items. You’ve got everything you need now to move forward with clarity and confidence, in true Aries fashion. You know what you want or will do soon, and it’s thanks to you making conscious choices to clear the energy for fresh new insight to come in.

Taurus - Nine of Swords

Have you been experiencing sleep issues? It feels like you’ve had a lot on your mind, which feels a bit like an understatement. It might not all be negative, but it may have felt like you’ve had a flurry of ideas and feel overwhelmed. Sleep can be tricky because in the late hours, when it’s quiet, our mind often fills in the blank space. There is an energy of peace coming through here, though, so I think with a little tweaking of your bedtime rituals and finding a way to get your thoughts out either on paper or a voice note to yourself, this phase of overthinking should calm down soon. Gemini season is a great time to set intentions and new routines around your mental well-being.

Gemini - King of Swords

Happy Birthday to you! I love the energy of this card for you. Swords in the Tarot are related to the mind and our thoughts, which is very Gemini. With the King here, there is a sense of mastery or rulership over your thoughts. This may have been an ongoing lesson for you, as is quite common for the Mercury-ruled signs. There has been a need to balance the desire for mental stimulation and knowledge seeking, with resting the mind. When our body is tired, we can sleep or put our feet up. When the mind is tired, we can take a walk in nature or paint. The King of Swords is wise and knows this to be true, applying his knowledge to keep his mind balanced and clear.

Cancer -Page of Cups

I’m drawn to the image of the flying pig in this card. It reminds me of a pair of trainers I used to have with the same imagery. I loved those shoes because they always reminded me of what was possible. The saying “when pigs fly” is common here in the UK, and it means something is highly unlikely and is often used by sceptics of all kinds. How ironic, then, that I went on to become a Tarot reader! I’m wondering if you are considering a career change? One more aligned with your core beliefs? Perhaps one that might open you up to those sceptics? I’m reminded of a quote from Alice in Wonderland: "Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." This card is asking you to allow yourself to imagine the possibilities while you are in the tender idea phase. Keep track of your dreams and see what messages come through! Exciting times.

Leo - Two of Swords (Reversed)

I pulled this card myself this morning, and I’m a Leo. So this is confirmation for you. The Two of Swords is a card of confusion, lack of clarity and indecision. However, we have it reversed! This morning, when I pulled it, I heard “I can see clearly now, the rain has gone. I can see all obstacles in my way. Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind. It's gonna be a bright, sunshiny day” - by Johnny Nash. And this is the perfect song for this card’s reverse. She literally has a blindfold on! But the blindfold is coming off now. I also love that the song talks about the Sun coming back, because Leo is ruled by the Sun. Such a beautiful message for my fellow Leos. We are getting our spark back!

Virgo - Justice

I’m getting Libra energy with this one. Maybe there is a special Libra in your life? Or it could be the associations of Libra. It’s ruled by the planet of love, beauty, pleasure and Art - Venus. There is a sense of self-acceptance here, too - the duality of being a human with both light and shadow sides. I think there is also a misconception about the shadow. It’s not what makes you “bad” or “wrong”, it’s often ways you’ve had to adapt to survive or keep yourself safe. It’s parts of you that, if you feel called and ready, might release you from old shame and baggage if you can come to terms with and accept those parts of yourself. Perhaps the Libra energy is about relationships as well, being able to reach out to others and seek support if you need it. You are coming out the other side of some deep, transformational work.

Libra  - Ace of Swords

I’m really drawn to the spiral staircase in this card, it immediately made me think of an Ammonite, a spiral-shaped fossil associated with emotional healing, crown chakra activation and focus. It might be worth you looking into this little mollusc further to gain more insight into the medicine you might need right now. This article from Hawkhouse goes in-depth into its physical and spiritual benefits. Aside from that, this message is a little unclear, which might mean you are currently seeking clarity or understanding about a situation. Perhaps you have been meditating and contemplating, waiting for that spark of inspiration. It will come, and when it does, something big will click and unlock deep insight. Keep your energy clear, avoid distractions such as social media and keep an open mind.

Scorpio - Five of Pentacles

Have you been feeling blocked? Or like the doors you want to walk through are locked shut? Perhaps you have been feeling like the opportunities you have been chasing are far away, and this has left you feeling a little down-trodden and isolated. Scorpio energy is often depicted as preferring to deal with things alone, and in this instance, it might do you some good to feel your feelings in this situation and allow yourself space to feel disappointed. It can be healthy to slow down and acknowledge that we have been trying hard and we’re not getting the results we want. But don’t camp out and stay in that energy. Let yourself rest and replenish and come back stronger, it’s not over yet!

Sagittarius - The Moon

Interesting for the fast-paced, adventurous and fiery energy of Sag to get an introspective and slower-paced card. This could be a very literal message to slow down and take time for yourself - the message for Scorpios could be relevant for you as well. Or perhaps you are at a crossroads this month, contemplating a couple of different options. This energy came up recently in a card pull on my socials, but through the lens of the Seven of Cups, so perhaps that energy is relevant to you as well. The message is this: slow down and listen to the quiet voice (your intuition) to make the choice that best fits you, your unique character and life situation. Remove the noise from other people. I’m reminded of a quote: “Don’t take life advice from those whose life you don’t want”. Perhaps learning more about the Moon and working with her phases will be helpful to you as well. She teaches us to connect with our inner world on a deep level.

Capricorn - Temperance

I always hear the word patience whenever I see this card. Patience is something that you, Capricorn, have in spades. Even if it doesn’t feel like it when you are stressed. It is in your nature deep down, or it might be part of your development to fully hone this natural gift. There is an element of trust that all is being taken care of. If you believe in spirit guides, angels or Ancestors that watch over you, trust that they have your back and are supporting life here on Earth. You also have your own back and are more capable than you think. You might be about to embark on an exciting period of discovery and integration of spiritual beliefs and practices, maybe learning more about divination, Astrology or the healing arts. It feels like it’s something personal to you right now, and you are on the right track.

Aquarius - The Fool

Something new is about to begin, Aquarius. This could be embarking on a new life adventure, such as parenthood, travelling or a business venture. There is always this sense, with the fool, of free-falling and trusting. I feel like Capricorn’s message may resonate with you as well. You are both intrinsically linked in Astrology - both being ruled by Saturn. Saturn is typically about structure, discipline and boundaries, but the Fool holds the exact opposite energy. Maybe you are allowing yourself to not have an exact plan, take a risk or see what happens. Maybe you finally trust yourself enough to know that you will be okay no matter what happens. Any step in a new direction will lead you to a new lesson, an unlocking of new perspectives and growth as a person. This is what life is all about!

Pisces - Five of Cups

There is deep healing energy in this card. Saturn has been in Pisces for the past few years, teaching many of us how to navigate the practical, earthly realm as sensitive souls who don’t always feel like they fit into our societal structures. You may have had some deep realisations and perspective shifts during this time. You could have spent time considering how to make this life work for you, not the other way around. I get the sense there is a seed that has been planted, or to be very literal with this card’s imagery - a nest egg that is being nurtured. This could be financial, of course, but it could also be a new way of seeing or doing things that can help you honour your spiritual nature while keeping you safe and secure in this physical reality. Gemini season should bring you fresh inspiration and motivation.
